Customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns for any dildo products, even if they remain unused. However, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or functional issue, please inform us within days of receiving the product. Upon review and confirmation of the defect, we will send a replacement product to you.
